How to fall off a ladder - must see injury on duty (IOD) audio visual.

Here's the short story of IOD registrations and management:

  1. Registering an IOD incident is as easy as phoning RELAY™ or completing the documents online, using secure electronic signatures. This takes about 3 minutes, including an automated email and sms notifying the medical services provider and emailing the Employer Report of the Accident to the treating doctor. Simple.
  2. The medical service provider (with Employer Report already in his or her inbox), treats the patient, completes the First Medical Report online. If there's a need to refer the patient to a specialist, this is done online as well, real time. Easy.
  3. The RELAY™ team consolidates and checks all the information and submits to the Compensation Fund to register the claim. Everybody gets paid or recompensed timeously in a compliant, error-free process. Done.
