CompSol was founded in August 1999 and has grown to the largest IOD claims processing company in South Africa. We currently service the majority of medical service providers utilising outsourced IOD claims processing services.  We continue to experience rapid growth of our client base due to an ever increasing demand as a result of our Spectacular Client Service.

Our Head Quarters is in Port Elizabeth with a regional office in Cape Town.
